The Chef's Cut is a must-listen for anyone who loves cooking, chefs, and/or restaurant culture in general. It's funny, witty, and refreshingly vulnerable. Joe and Adrienne bring sharp insights and heart to each episode, blending the occasional behind the scenes story with playful banter and honest/vulnerable moments. Plus they've had a steady stream of incredible guests (I'm looking at you Eric Adjepong, Dan Barber and Kristen Kish!!!) from the start. Whether you're a seasoned "foodie" or just a fan of The Bear who's curious about the culinary world, this podcast serves up something special every time. Can't wait to see who's up next...and PS. hopefully this won't earn me a review review 😉

As a huge fan of Top Chef and amateur "foodie", I have loved this podcast, even though I do not work in the food industry. There is a great balance of industry talk, but it is accessible to someone that is not in a pro kitchen. From restaurants to look out for in Chicago and New York, to new chefs to keep track of, it is a podcast I turn on as soon as released each week!
